Investments
Investments are all based on two components, a "wrapper" and the "asset".
The "Wrapper" is the product construction which defines how it will be treated for taxation, ownership and benefits.
The "Asset" is what the money is actually invested into. Our skill comes in matching the "investment" to your requirements, with due regard to your personal needs and attitude to investment risk.

Understanding Your Requirements:
Your Investments need to match your circumstances with due regard to taxation, now and in the future (including Inheritance Tax) and your ambitions, both for your savings and also lifestyle. When we have assessed your circumstances we can recommend products that we believe to be suited to you.
"Wrappers"
We regularly use: ISA's, PEP's (transfers and old existing), Unit Trusts, Unitised Investment Bonds, Insurance Bonds, Offshore and Onshore Bonds, Open Ended Investment Companies (OEIC's), Pensions (see separate information), VCT's, Specialist Limited Company and Partnership schemes, etc.. These investments are obtained from Insurance companies, Banks, Buiding Societies, Investment Trusts and Companies, Friendly Societies, etc.
We have access to all forms of investment, however, we are not Stockbrokers. When we require sharedealing services, this is outsourced.
"Assets"
The underlying assets contained within the above "Wrappers" will dictate the actual performance and returns. Assets vary from cash, gilts, shares, unit trusts, OEIC's, mutual funds, parnership purchase, etc.
What is right for you will be determined by your own needs and attitude to investment risk and personal ambitions and plans. Our Adviser's will take account of your circumstances in their evaluation of your needs.
Past performance is not necessarily a guide to future performance. The value of investments can fall as well as rise and you may not get back the amount originally invested
