What is Self-Build?
Not as obvious an answer as you might think to industry Jargon.
Self-Build covers a multitude ranging from the obvious to the not so obvious.
It covers literally you building your own home, but also includes, having someone to build your home for you, major renovation projects, conversions, etc.
It is best thought of as an ongoing creation of bespoke living space with you as the client and the ultimate contractor.
